I would like to show my appreciation to the staffs of Carway Leasing & Rental. Rented a Mazda 3 from them and was amazed by their service. Rented from other companies before but the service is bad. Went to carway office and the admins attended to me patiently and explaining all the things to take note of. After doing all the payments, I proceed down with one of the girl to have the car checked. One of the mechanic even open up the boot to show me making sure there is a spare tyre and the tools inside. I was impressed by their service and would like to tell them to keep up the good job guys!

The car was nicely done up. Frankie was very friendly and helpful. His reply and response is fast. The staffs there are also very polite and the workmanship was quick. Overall satisfied.

Rented a bmw from them as my car was sent for repair due to mechanism problem. Was quite impressed by the way they serve the customer. Their admin was very patient and willing to explain to me about the rules and regulations. Their service was fast as the admin will intercom their staffs at the workshop to prepare (check and groom the car) while the girl was preparing my documents. Car condition was very good. Beyond my expectation. Don't even need to worry if I travel to Malaysia as the car condition was very good. Didn't know they also do repairs if not I would just send my car here and get a rental car from them. Overall had a good impression of carway and will definitely introduce them to my friends.

It was my first time renting a car due to some personal reasons.

Call Ms Lee late in the night several times to check on pricing and availability and questions around 9pm. Despite the late night call she still kindly n generously handle all my request professionally.

Reach ubi outlet at 10am after inspection etc the time was clocked 1010am. So have to return a month later at specific date at 1010am. His small gesture shows that we r in the right hand of trusted car rental.

Car had some cranking issues and it was attended almost immediately when revisit for checking.

Good services and thumbs up for carway.
Wish that you guys can continue to maintain affordable pricing and the same good service!

Very good service when i rented at oscars last week. Even though my first attempt at renting was not successful (car could not reach back from servicing in time), the owner gave me discount for the following week when i rented for 3 days. They even offered me free upgrade because the rented car was in servicing.

Very good service, great location (you cant miss the place once you cross the overhead bridge). value for money ! Car is very well maintained ! enjoyed the seamless experience!

First time rented from Carway Rental their Mazda 3 for a weekend package. When I check the car before I take over which I always did at other rental companys, normally I will find dents & scratches here and there. But I’m very impressed by Carway Rental’s car paintwork and conditions. The car interior was very clean and most importantly, no unpleasant smell. Suppose to return the car on Monday, but need to extend the rental for another 2 days. They gave me a very good discount rate. Great deal. Thank You Ms Lee

Had a very friendly experience and professional service. Paid for a very reasonable price. No GST and their price even include insurance, unlike some companies they charge me extra for car insurance on top of their rental charges. Cars conditions was good and very well groomed. Will definitely rent from them again.

Great Service. They even let me test drive their car before I decide to rent it. Car is reasonable good conditions. Very clean, drives well & most important the aircon is very cooling. Moreover, they charge me what they quoted me over the phone. No hidden cost & No GST. Well Done& Great Service!!

Call their office to check the availability of their fleet. A lady answer and she sound very patient & polite. Initially I thought of just book a car without looking at it but at second thought, I told myself I better make a trip down to see their cars because I ever had bad experience with other rental companies whereby their cars are either very dirty/smelly or whole car dented here and there. When I reach their office, a lady, Ms Lee attended to me. She showed me number of cars. I’m very impressed by the conditions of their cars. I even saw their staffs grooming and checking their cars thoroughly at their own workshop which is at the same premise. I rented their Hyundai Trajet for a week. Very satisfy. Thumbs Up!!

Browse through Sgcarmart, saw Carway leasing & rental. In fact, I had bought a car from Carway 2 years ago, didn’t know that now they even do leasing & rental of cars. So I call their hotline and a guy intro himself as Frankie. Told him my needs and he is very polite and professional. When I reach their office , I was greeted by their admin, Jocelyn. She seems a bit ‘new’ & abit anxious but very polite, very nice gal. Documentation went swiftly & smoothly. Rented their Hyundai matrix. The car was very well groomed. The car body paintwork was very polish and shiny unlike I rented from other companies where some company don’t even vacuum and wash their car before they handover to me. Thumbs Up , I will be back.

was greeted by a very friendly workshop advisor and told me to wait at their waiting room. took their car over the weekends. clean/comfy/affordable/cooling aircon. worth every penny

took one of their for 7 days because i had to leave my own lancer for overhaul.

superb experience thus far. definitely coming back for another in future needs.

went there and was greeted by really friendly people there. took browse through their fleet and saw this A4 quattro. overall was really good. car is really clean, very new, air con super cold. splendid experience. will definitely come back again !

took their picnic over the weekends for family usage, car was generally good especially the really cold aircon as im afraid of the hotness in local. the guy who attended to me was a nice guy. will definitely come back very soon !
