Below are our findings: 1. Car battery price sold to you are not $250 and only $180 based on the invoice history. Please kindly correct us if we are wrong. 2. We have verbally communicated and written down on the battery or invoice the warranty period valid for 6 months only. 3. Based on the car battery voltage reading, it seems to be in working condition. You have also mentioned that the workshop has ruled out charging (Alternator) or other vehicle issue. As based on the investigation above, we are regret to inform you that, we will not be able to compensate or exchange the car battery as it is still working well and it seems to be your car alternator issue.
