I had a flat tyre at 4am in the morning. Jason responded to my call. Came fast and advised me on what to do. He was really professional and explained to me what was the problem which was a manufacturing problem with the tyre. Saved me the whole day and gave me a spare tyre to drive. Awesome service. Totally disappointed in their punctuality and accountability. Wanted to replace punctured tyre in AMK and Ended up waiting for more than 1.5 hours from 10pm and they didn't show up in the end. Initially called for onsite service and was told that they will be reaching in at most 40mins. Which was fine as they could be travelling from far. After an hour,the driver then called me saying they needed an additional 10 minutes to my location. So I waited, but to no avail after a long 1.5hours especially after a long day of work. It was very unprofessional of them to not notify if they are coming or if they were stuck in a jam(it was reaching 11plus at night.). It was a brightly litted gas station that they supposed to reach. Fell asleep in my car, woke up in a shock that I am unable to start my car and door locked. Realize my battery went flat and called for Swift Battery Specialist. Jason was the one that attended to my issue. He jumpstart my car and realized my battery terminal is breaking off, suggested me to go get it changed, both battery and terminal. Drove back home and thought my battery will get charged. To my horror, my car is unable to start again.
