Went to MTR to install MST and sport DP for my A180. After some chat with Julien, I decided to let him perform a DV1 Custom Stage 2 tune. To my surprise, The first map load I could feel the immediate change in response and drivability from my then-sluggish Mercedes. There some pops and bang that came with it which I feedback to Julien that I would like that remove as I didn't quite like it. Not only did Julien help to remove the pop and bangs on the 2nd map load, I also felt a crisp more pull when I accelerate this time round. Since this was my virgin tuning experience, Julien not only explain and educate every intricate details of the tuning parameters. I felt that it is not just the quality of tuning works on the car, but also the rapport with Julien which made the experience something I could own. Overall I had a great experience at MTR with Julien and can't wait to tune with him again!! - Hansel Tay

I was served by Jonathan when i visited MTR. He always will explain the fault and advise me accordingly. There was one time when my car broke down quite late in the evening and he even waited for my car to be tow to the workshop, and even tell me the fault of my car at the point of time when he checked the car at the workshop. These guys are professional and brilliant! I had a steering issue with my car that i struggled to fix for over 2 years. No matter where i went, nobody seems to be able to diagnose the issue and fix it. Wilson and team at MTR found the root cause of the issue and fixed it in a matter of minutes. A post to share my experience with Jonathan of Motoren. - I bought a used Golf - Car had 2k of faults to rectify - Mtr repaired the faults at a competitive rate - Jonathan walked me through the process in an honest, v informative and friendly manner - Now I'm happy when I drive Just recently I purchased a Golf from a used car dealer. The car drove seemingly well the first few days but later I noticed there's some noises which made the driving very unpleasant. I sent the car to 2 VW specialist workshops for independent paid assessments to get a quotation and to find out the issues with the car from 2 experts separately. Both quotes came up to around 2k but Jonathan's repair list included a few more items/repairs than the other provider. I blame it on my lack of comprehensive checks during the initial inspection phase, then I would have avoided buying this car. I would have also saved myself a week of headache trying to reach a resolution with the used car dealer. During the first week of buying the car, I felt regretful and 'cheated', not the feelings anyone would want when getting a car. But after the repair by Jonathan, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders as the car noises were gone. That day when I collected the car back from Jonathan, I felt happy feelings, feelings that a new car owner should feel. I was smiling the whole time while driving back home. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan was very responsive and proactive in his communication. He sent me updates and pictures Everyday. Very detailed in asking every questions to make sure he diagnosed the problem in the right way rather then just straight away point to the whichever problem tt lead to the damage..
