Reuben was very helpful, went beyond his means to make this claim a smooth one. It was my ROM period when unfortunately I had an accident. My car could be ready by then for my special occasion, my plans for photoshoot and wedding car was gone, but Reuben saw this as his own problem and managed to get me a nice car to be used for the period ontop of the replacement car which was given. In return he did not ask anything for return but said, he is here to ensure a smooth process. Even tought my car was getting delayed due to shipment ( common for my kind of cars) he constantly update on the progress and kept me in the loop. When collection of car, Reuben could not make it to handover but he instructed his team on the necessary and they were very precise on the handover. In overall it was a smooth process and I got back my car in the best condition. I would recommend 1st Automotive Services Pte Ltd anytime for the service they render.
