Excellent service and courtesy from Dhasan and his team. Mechanic Boon is friendly and is also very thorough - he inspected everything, did a full service and was never pushy. I had to repeatedly reschedule due to my work travel and I insisted on specific Liqui Moly products and original BMW filters etc, Dhasan was cooperative and always did his best to deliver. They even have a little lounge with drinks for you to relax while the car is getting taken care of. I'm pleased with the service and on top of all this, their prices are very reasonable. It's my first time going to them after seeing their promo from Carousell. Made a call to them last min and was given a slot at 3pm. The boss is very friendly and will never shortchanged his customers. He use 3 x 2L motul 300v on my car and he knew that 5.5L was used and he charged me accordingly. I had a great experience at Lightning Motorsport. The boss Mr Dhasan and his mechanics were very friendly and approachable and put the needs of their customers at the forefront of what they do. I found them meticulous in their work and the rates quoted were reasonable too. They have a very attractive servicing package. On top of the regular servicing which other workshops do, there is a free car wash as well as a fuel additive which they include in the package. Mr Dhasan also readily answers all queries that his customers have. I contacted him late on a sunday night regarding my car battery and he was able to answer me quickly. He is also willing to pick up his customer's car, do the necessary repairs and deliver it back to the customer. I will definitely go to their workshop again and again so do hit them up if you have any issues and they will be more than happy to assist. Cheers :) - Suresh Bala
