5 stars all day. 100% recommend. They collected the car from my place and fixed up all the issues and then delivered the car back. This really saved alot of time and I didn't have to take off from work. Not only that I received daily updates (pictures and calls) on what work was being done on the car and a status update at the end of the day. Work was done meticulously and even provided a free car wash and interior cleaning. Have never experienced such levels of customer service in Singapore. Had our engine oil servicing with lightning motorsportboss and employees are very efficient and knowledgable. Boss is very friendly & easy going, he would chit chat with us and generously share with us his car knowledge. Oh ya, he even offer us 2 VIP seats + drinks + snacks so that we could follow through the car servicing as we told him that we wanted to see how the work is done (actually there is an air-conditioned area on top for customers to rest/wait). After the servicing, he even wash our car for us personally which we really appreciate & feel the sincerity in him. Despite that, he even gave us another free car wash coupon, air-con flush, coolant top up & engine flush. He gave us a good price to change brake oil and transmission oil (DSG & mechyatronic oil). Boss is really genuine, honest & transparent about their price/package (no additional charge for oil filter for conti car & he even use more than 4L of engine oil without additional charge) will definitely come back again for our next oil servicing. - Geraldine Yap

I went for my servicing with the Amsoil Package and to check on my car which has vibration while driving. The team did the servicing and also did relevant checks before identifying the issue and advised me on what to change. Another workshop earlier had told me to change many things from steering rack, lower arm and driveshaft. The owner Mr Dhasan and his team are honest and Friendly. Most importantly they do not Hardsell and their prices are reasonable with good quality products. They are very skilled and approachable, as the do a good proper check on the vehicle and give honest advise. The owner also told me they have lounge on second floor for me to rest with aircon very comfortable have some refreshments drinks too.
