Poor commitment to their customers. I've made a booking with them over the phone and can only collect the car at late noon. They gave me a confirmation verbally but in the end gave the car to another customer. If you guys don't take verbal booking you shouldn't have told me I can collect when I could. Should I have not made a call to double confirm if the car is still there, wouldn't I have made a wasted trip? Will never go back to them. - 王鹏威

Additionally, refresher courses for our staff will be held at a shorter time interval to prevent similar incident from happening in the future. I rented a brand new Mazda 3 from CL Leasing for my colleague's wedding. Customer service was great, staffs were friendly! Everything was explained clearly before rental. They will call to inform and discuss with you on the alternatives due to unavailability of the required vehicles.. I had a pleasant experience with them! The experience with CL is really good. The car is very clean and new. They have a good customer service as well and the handover process only takes a few minutes . Will definitely come here to rent again.
