I found Cheng Chuan Motor Services through an internet search and this search proves to be the best as Cheng Chuan surely lives up to its reputation. I met Roger and he took time to explain the repair areas, concerns involving the spray painting, thus I was clear about what was going to be done. Very good customer service experience I have with interacting with him. But that's not all, the 2 excellent plus points was really out of my expectation, 1) To commence on the repair, a couple of stickers on the van surface were needed to be removed (I would have incurred another separate cost to get these stickers back up) and we both had agreed on this, but when I collect my van the stickers were there, just like previously. 2) Cheng Chuan efficiency is definitely undoubtable, I am suppose to collect my van on Monday, but at 11:50am, Roger called and informed me the repairs were complete. For this I am very grateful as it will then not affect my work on Monday. Thank you Cheng Chuan Motor Services.
