We had surveyed numerous body kit shops. Almost 10 different body kit shops including Cheng Chuan Motor Services. This included the big and common names. You name it and we had surveyed them too. We decided to go with Cheng Chuan Motor Services simply due to their service before sales attitude plus the amazing pricing. Really putting customer needs wants and satisfaction before their own sales. Not to mention their pricing was amazing. Came across Cheng Chuan Motor Services on Carousell. Established communication and requested for the body kit we wanted and the pricing.

Communication: Right off the bat, the communication was excellent. Roger and his team have comprehended that in this line of work, a very crucial skill to have is excellent listening skill and they have that. They listened very well to what is it that a client wants. After listening they will also share their professional advise for your consideration. Eventually set a date and time to bring the car down for a viewing & Assessment. Once again excellent customer service. Smiles and drinks provided. Roger really listens to what is it that you have in your mind. What is it that you really want. The best part he ensures his team translates it physically with quality and amazing pricing. Throughout the entire experience Roger will keep you abreast of the situation on his own accord without fail. If he is busy we will let you know and without fail will personally get back to you

Pricing: Roger's pricing is easily the best we received in all the quotations we received. And by best we mean the fairest we feel. For example, we have received absurd pricing for just carnards and lips. With Roger, everything is broken down and explained in black and white. His pricing is unbeatable for the quality and timing its delivered in. We are firm believers that if you expect premium service you odd to pay premium pricing. With Cheng Chuan Motor Services we were very pleasantly surprised at the premium service we received at hands down the best / affordable / fair price.

Time Line, Quality, & Finish: Roger is always transparent and honest with his deliverable. The parts arrived in 3 or so days for us, when initially we were expecting them all to arrive within a week's time. Bear in mind its was a complete revamp for our car. From Bonnet, head & Tail lights, front bumper with carnards & Lip, side skirts with lips, rear bumper, diffuser & Quad exhaust tips. Saved about 4 days there. Once the parts were all in got a call from Roger to bring it down for the works to begin. Once you are there Roger will show you the parts just to ensure they have whatever you wanted from the start and gain your agreement before commencing. Again excellent professional service there. We check the items, happy and hand over the car realizing we are another step closer to our goal. Time line set for 1. Parts to be sprayed, 2. Fitted & Adjusted, Whole car spray painted, 3. Quality checked by Roger himself. 4. Another round of touch ups if need be. 5. Cleaned out and disinfected was about 5 to 7 days. Roger and his team managed all of the above within 4 or so days. We saved another 3 days there. In total, we saved 7 days from the initial set time line. Roger's personal quality check after completion is very much appreciated and also shows the level of professionalism & Quality from Cheng Chuan Motor Services. Satin with glossy accents were so beautifully & Elegantly achieved with their smooth uniform spray painting works. The fitment..., PERFECT. No room for any debate there. The car was cleaned out & Disinfected looking and smelling like a brand new car of the vision we had in our mind physically in-front of us thanks to Roger & His team. Post sales, Roger and us are still in touch and at the same level of service rendered to from the start. Thanks you Roger & Team at Cheng Chuan Motor Services. Definitely our go to workshop for any body works.

Roger and his team went over and above and delivered a great finished product. We had to repair Some damage to the car boot area.
