Overall good experience renting from CL Leasing. The price is reasonable according to the quality of the car. Would definitely rent again from them.

Renting a car with CL Leasing is quick and hassle-free (managed to rent a car in the wee hours to enter JB in the late morning). Upon return, there were no complications unlike certain known firms who deceit customers with their sly agendas.

It would be a 5-star for customer service if they could put on smiles while serving. It would definitely provide a better customer-experience.
It would be a 5-star for value for money if they could update the availabilites of the rental cars (real-time). I felt a little decieved because I chose CL Leasing due to their promotion (DRIVE.SG) but I had to do a top-up for another vehicle.

Renting from CL Leasing is hassle free and is absolutely a wonderful experience. Fantastic customer service, the staffs especially Alvin are very friendly and always very patient in answering my doubts or queries. The cars I rented are always clean and well-maintained, the staffs will always go through with me thoroughly the details of the car.
