I brought my car, Skoda Superb to Lambency for coating and detailing. Mr Joseph was the one who attended to me, and he thoroughly explained and recommended what I needed for my car. I have chosen the Ceramic Coating CC One and topped up to have 3 layers of correction. Mr Joseph also helped to correct some of the scratches that were previously not removed from the first time Lambency had done so. Overall, Mr Joseph is proactive and warm. He places his customers first and will go out of his way to ensure the customer is satisfied. I have received excellent customer service at Lambency! Do check out their lounge while waiting for your car to be serviced as well!
