Customer service that goes beyond what you generally get in automotive workshops here in Singapore. The elder gentleman attending to me (regretfully forgot to ask his name) was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. Pricing is fair and transparent, and there was a general air of professionalism which extends to the mechanics on the ground. The workshop has a comfortable guest area stocked with drinks and reading materials, and a good view of the work area. I have no doubts in returning here for my next set of wheels/tires. Bought my set of BBS from these professional boys. Not many tyre shops out there do it this pro, with individual torque checking, rims exact flush, great care to not scratch at the bolts area. What surprised me was few weeks down the road, I went to install BBK at a brake specialist, halfway thru, it was found I need 5mm spacers to clear. Gave William a call. Zach, together with a Technican personally came in their BBS van with an original BBS spacer with bolts. Most other shops would either give you a generic non hub centric or custom made spacer which means you can't get it on the same day. But no. These guys are champs. They insisted to come to the brake shop personally to make sure the original BBS spacer are fitted professionally to the rims without damage. The original BBS had spring rings to hold a hub centric adaptors. If they didn't come and simply send over by usual couriers, I doubt the usual technican will know how to install properly. If aftersales Service is what you are looking for, I would unreservedly recommend William and zach. Thank you again. - Lee Wsle
