Rented a car from them for the weekend...I must say that their service is great..and always with a smile...the car that was handed over to me is in good condition..even though the fuel is low..but nevermind that..I would seriously recommend people to rent from this company. Recently I rented a car from Express Car, and I must say that thay have provided what I would call a superior customer service. I called up during last monday to reserve a nissan cefiro for the the weekend package. On the Thur nite, a lady by the name of Stella called me up to confirm my booking and also let me know the time of collection. On Fri when i went to the shop I mentioned that I want to collect the cefiro, I was greeted with my name. Later she brief me on the T and C clearly before signing me off. The other staff Steven sent the car to the shop door step and go through a check on the car. The car was handed to me in a very clean condition both inside and outside. Its also the way they handle customer in a very friendly manner. Thumps Up!
