Have went to MTR recently for servicing together with diagnosis of a sound coming from the car when moving off. Was in touch with Jonathan on Facebook and thereafter, WhatsApp to arrange for an appointment for visit. The entire service experience was fantastic as not only did they perform the regular servicing, parts that will need to be replaced due to wear and tear were identified for me to make decision if to replace them. The process was regularly updated by Jonathan throughout the half day I was there due to many items have reached the end of its lifespan and require to be changed. As there are other major items like clutch and flywheel that need to be repaired urgently as well, Jonathan was able to accommodate me into a slot for the following day. The whole repair process was smooth and the staff were professional. They were even able to change my headlight blub without taking out the entire bumper as per the usual way of how things are done which was totally impressive. I would say the entire experience was great due to the engagement with Jonathan. As a car enthusiast myself, it was great chatting with him about all the poisons. The only difficult part was trying to stop myself from doing it. Haha. There are a couple of suggestions which I thought could be considered by MTR with this recent visit: 1) Much as the service quality is good, it would be even better if the labour fees could be lowered a bit. 2) Cater a waiting area for customers to sit and work while waiting. The coffee shop isn't the most comfortable place to sit and do work. - Elton Teo

MTR is a workshop that you can leave your ride there without worry all thanks to Wilson and his team, once your ride is with them they will make sure those issue you mentioned will be attend and check for those issue you may encounter soon and advice you accordingly to minimize extra cost for those unnoticed small issue become big issue.

Wilson and his team work closely with every customer to ensure and minimize the chance for the need to go back for follow up and best things about them is they will give you the most honest advice as whether those things you planning or want to do is a need or a want.

From my experience with them , they are those long term workshop with reasonable pricing instead of those 1 hit workshop or keep going back to follow up for car issue shop, they work with any type of car from KDM , JDM , Conti all the way till supercar.

Great service by MTR. Brought my car down for them to inspect and they did a great job in doing all the repairs that is required to be done. They even provide after customer service asking how my car was after the repairs. Would highly recommend people to head down to their workshop for car repairs. It's always been a pleasure talking to Johnathan regarding my MK6 especially when come to ECU and TCU tuning as well as upgrading. If you guys ever try before, you should know finding a workshop that will reply you promptly and take your conversion seriously is hard but surprisingly one of the workshop I know that will not turn you away is MTR. Not just that, being pushy and giving sale talk is one of the common tactic and get you into impulse purchase but till the second time I came down MTR to get my Revo Gear Knob installed things turn out pretty differently from what I imagined. Johnathan was patient and polite in answering all my questions and given his honest advise what should be done and should not. Even certain brands that MTR doesn't carry he will tell me to go ahead as the part/item is really good for my ride. Before knowing MTR I have already ordered my own intercooler and catch can and i asked him about labour charges as when I thought he will be judgemental and think "why will someone order his own parts and ask a workshop who carry exactly the same parts for installation?" But surprising he given me the price straight and ask when do I wanna do . Well there are many many more to praise but I guess you guys whoever is reading should go down to try out their services else it will be a composition instead of a review liao.
