I really don't know all the technical terms when it comes to cars but can definitely say that now driving is become very smooth than before! Can really feel the difference! What's more! they are having promo free aircon gas topup so just came to try, they never upsell me anything..most of the workshop i went normally will ask to do this do that where got such thing as free..summore i lady driver, easy kene con i know..this shop, boss William is genuine and humble..he said he will only ask to do wat is recommended..so i told him nevermind just do aircon flushing for my car..i even test try try ask him about the new caty*** thingy, he explain but never ask me to do..excellent service..he said if upsell2 who want to come next time, reputation also down..which is true cos im a salesperson too..the best thing is he put himself in customer shoes..with honesty n do service with whole heart, no force people upselling insyaalah business will go up..gdluck boss in business..as long u honest n put marketprice, u can do it..will definitely come back.. - Kyla Shawtzz
