Started to have faulty aircon few days back on my 13yo Altis. Driving under the hot afternoon sun almost cooked me alive. Happen to saw squad workshop aircon servicing ad and decided to give it a try and it was the best decision. The guys were friendly and patiently explained to me the whats and whys on the aircon servicing done for my car. Drove home with mighty cooling air all the way home when I only set it at 24deg as I felt 23 abit too cold for me after service. By luck, I came across SQUAD Workshop a few days before CNY 2022 for knocking sound from my engine 2 weeks after servicing at the usual workshop (level 1) which I patronize. Royston and team was quick to attend to my needs as I am afraid that something might happen during CNY and I will be stuck. The team is patient in diagnosing and is also quick to point out that the recommended engine oil for Vezel is 0W20 whereas my usual workshop uses 5W30. I decided to gave them a try and returned back to SQUAD after CNY to perform Walnut Blasting and replacement of shock absorber to KYB New SR. I am impressed by their constant updating of my car status via WhatsApp with photos and videos. Best of all, they offered me complimentary car usage for the day so that I can drive to work without exposing myself during this COVID19 period. Kudos to Squad for taking the extra mile and excellent customer service from them. I will continue to support them and will recommend my friends there. - Choon Hong

Husband and Wife powerhouse workshop. Being passionate in his work, Royston upholds high standards in delivering customer's ride. Many customers will be able to relate as he has spent countless late nights working on customer's car. No upselling or any of those BS, Royston focuses on drivability and reliability therefore reassured that you will receive sound and educated advice. Other than engine and aircon servicing, they specialize in suspension and handling modifications (also ecu, dsg tuning) and because they do not hard sell nor advertise crazily, be sure to tap on his advice if you wanted to improve your ride. Grateful as he spent crazy amount of time on my car and even though he did not break a sweat about it, he almost broke his back! My plain old simple family car had a dreadful phantom problem but is truly revitalized and drives sweeter now thanks to Royston. Always felt comfortable and made some friends here, definitely did not came across a businessman. A friendly community is building here, watch out for Squad!
