This is my first time trying their servicing as recommended by my friend.. I have make prior appointment to avoid unnecessary waiting. Jackson was very patient and knowledgeable with my enquiries even though he has a few cars already. The plus point is he drive the same bmw 5 series as me. I plan to change the whole valve cover set as recommended by my previous garage but he advise me to just change the gasket as he say it is not spolit and much cheaper and still can solve the leaking issue. He even help me change a few nuts cause he saw some thread wearing off due to my previous garage poor workmanship. This really impress me as they are so detail to even notice such stuff. He didn't even charge me, Compare to some garage which me for every single items. - Ron, Owner of BMW 520I
