Came before 9am, the mechanics staff was approachable , not question much ask as willing to accept a customer car for basic service . Even if I had changes schedule last min, the whatapp customer service replied friendly. Thank you for your friendly kind approach . Mechanics only advice things that need to change only . Im driving Hyundai I30 2009 Model and having problem with my absorber. With TT Motorsport expertise and experienced mechanic, i managed to change to new shock absorber, lower arm, front stabilizer link and free alignment with a good price. got my car serviced recently from TT MotorSport and they did an awesome job! I really don't know all the technical terms when it comes to cars but can definitely say that now driving is become very smooth than before! Can really feel the difference! What's more! The customer service at TT MOTORSPORT is awesome, particularly mentioning Andy here. He always listen to the issues I faced with my car patiently and carefully. Thereafter their skilful mechanics will do a thorough check item by item. If necessary the replacement or repairs will be performed. Some other car complains ,the mechanics will advise us to hold on to another time as it does not seem that serious. Tt motorsports that you can leave your ride there without worry all thanks to Jason and his team, once your ride is with them they will make sure those issue you mentioned will be attend and check for those issue you may encounter soon and advice you accordingly to minimize extra cost for those unnoticed small issue become big issue. Browsing through sg car mart and found TT MOTORSPORT near my working area. Rush down to the workshop for a quote. Andy attended me who explained the different types of paint for my car body. They are also very kind and fast to do a sample colour for me and ask me to bring it back to discuss with my family. After consideration for few days, I decided to go with TT MOTORSPORT. This is my first time trying their servicing as recommended by my friend.. I have make prior appointment to avoid unnecessary waiting. Jackson was very patient and knowledgeable with my enquiries even though he has a few cars already. The plus point is he drive the same bmw 5 series as me. I plan to change the whole valve cover set as recommended by my previous garage but he advise me to just change the gasket as he say it is not spolit and much cheaper and still can solve the leaking issue. He even help me change a few nuts cause he saw some thread wearing off due to my previous garage poor workmanship. This really impress me as they are so detail to even notice such stuff. My car was broken down suddenly while driving, I have no idea how to do. Went to Google search and this workshop name TT MOTORSPORT appear with good review. I called to the shop mechanic ah le and he guide me to wait the tow service which was arrived in 35mins. Hassle free to hand my car to this workshop coz their will update me before proceed the repair and won't hard sell to customer.
