Had a very good experience with Auto Image doing up the leather upholstery, changing from fabric to full leather. On customer service The customer service officer (or lady boss?), Joleen, was very responsive and knowledgeable over facebook messaging. In addition, she was very customer centric, acceding to my request of dropping after their closing hours and making sure that every step of the process with them went seamlessly. On the appointment day, even though she had to reach later than my appointment time, she made sure that her colleague was able to follow up and show me the samples i requested. There were constant updates on the completion time so that I can plan my time ahead. On product satisfaction The worksmanship was definitely up to mark, and Joleen had made extra effort to ensure that the product was flawless, having asked the foreman to redo the entire rear seat leather because she found a minor flaw and there was still some time before I arrived, instead of sloppily handing over the car hoping that I wont see the flaw. For that, you can definitely trust their quality and dedication to perfection.
