I bought my car during CB without viewing the car, as viewing of car is not allowed. On the day I collected my car I realise that the interior was totally dirty the leather was white and very dirty the condition of the car was totally unexpected. And I begin to ask around for a quote to change my whole interior to black and red as I ask around a lot of leather shop told me that this cannot be done and that cannot be done, after some time searching on FB suddenly i chance upon Auto image so i make an appointment to go down and their reply was the fastest among all. Not carrying any high hope as I have consulted many leather shop and they do not have confidence in doing it. When I reach Auto image i was served by Joleen, so I let her know what I need to change and within minutes she can provide me with a quote. (That was how efficient the company is) and she told me she has confidence in doing it just give her a week...so during the 1 week I was busy with work but Joleen will keep continuing to update me on what has been done...long story car short...the final result was perfect and until today I still cannot figure out why other have no confidence in doing it but she has, that makes her company different from other...

Check in to this shop by chance and met Ms Joleen, both my SLK door panel leather was sagging, upon access by her "头手" 阿豪,they say should not be a problem, I told them I need to keep this unique leather so Its not a replacement of leather, to my surprise, the amount of time needed to repair and reuse this sagging piece is Super tedious, they have to remove the existing glue from both the panel and the leather itself. "This is the correct way of doing, and not just respray glue and stick it back". This process took them 2 man x 4 hours just to remove all the sticky glue. Finally the door is done up nicely, I really admire their patient and knowledge in upholstery thingy. Auto Image is really a high knowledge upholstery business company. Honest opinion and skilful work team. Keep up the good IMAGE Joleen ! Cheers.
