Sent my car for a ceramic coating package over the weekend. The staff at Lambency did a very good job with the car. The car was left with a deep glossy shine and looked even better than new.

They are honest and transparent with their pricing. Furthermore, they are not pushy with trying to up sell or cross sell you other products or services that you do not need. A lot of their advice, in my opinion, is based on what works best for the customer rather than what is most profitable for them. This is quite rare in the industry right now.

Perhaps the most striking thing is that they even bothered to give advice on how to preserve the coating and answered my questions as patiently possible. As they accept grabpay, it is also quite convenient as I did not need to go to an ATM to withdraw money, which can be quite a hassle.

A very pleasant experience and I look forward to going back for a regular car wash soon.

Did my coating at lambency. The boss was very professional as he explained with detail what each and every package they offer and benefits.

Until now i still do my car wash with them as they were very professional and know what to do to attain customers' satisfaction.

Went to the Tampines industrial to have my lunch that day and drove past Lambency. Decided to have a car wash there since I will be there for lunch, might just leave the car there.

Their car spa was way beyond my expectation! It was currently on promotion, but I can feel the effort on doing the job was not less! Every part of my car was being clean thoroughly!
