Just received my beloved car from Auto Image beautiful lady boss, I must say now my car is as pretty as the boss.

The workmanship is top notch! I can fault anything with my new upholstery now. And lasy boss also very nice got inform me about the maintenance and care.

When i am about to left the shop, she still instruct her worker to help me apply a layer of leather care cream, after which she still tell me that as and whem if i got pass by her place, i can go and apply the leather cream. Great service!!!

And i was a referral customer from my friend, gotten a very good price! Anyone wanna do leather upholstery must check this place up! Can PM me if you want the contacts also!

I went to visit Auto Image sometime last week to get my van's upholstery replaced. Considering it was only a van and I was on a budget, I thought, perhaps, the guys at Auto Image wouldn't entertain me at all. But much to my surprise, the workers there are very committed. Not only did they recommend colours to me, they even told me that the upholstery for two seats could be done within 24 hours.

Auto Image wasn't the first workshop I visited to check out the upholstery services, of course. But when they told me about the timeline, as well as the reasonable pricing, I was sold. I went back the following day to pick up my van. My upholstery job was nothing short of fantastic. There are no folds and it's close to impeccable. I'm really happy about it. They even taught me how to take care of the upholstery without spending a single cent on leather care products.

It's clear these guys aren't out to earn my money or hard sell anything. Very service-oriented and I strongly recommend you guys to try out their service.

I went to Auto Image after reading about the user reviews here. My 5 year old passat roof lining has come off at the edges and need repair. The worker explained what has caused it, and apparently it happens a lot to continental cars. Even the Porsches and Jags not spared. The work involved require taking down the whole roof, cleaning away the adhesives to make sure surface is smooth, before reapplying a new lining onto it. A lot of work involved.

I wished I had not spent this unnecessary expense, but no use crying over spilled milk. The next best thing is to hope the restoration is good as new. I was happy with the results, the workmanship is superb, the price is very reasonable considering the work is not trivial. I will like to thank Jolene and Steph team for the excellent service, and accommodating to this job, even though they have many other jobs on hand. If the COE still remains high, and I have to keep the car for 10 years, I will definitely return to have my car seats done.

Thumbs up again to the Auto Image team.

I have visited Auto Image 3 times for my steering wheel wrap.

1st visit - To get a quotation and feel for steering wheel leather wrap. Stephanie was professional in explaining the type of wrap including stitches and pattern.

2nd visit - After making an appointment, I drove my car to Auto Image for the wrapping services to be done. In addition, Stephanie is kind enough to help me ask and quote for the hand brake lever wrap which I did not request for quotation during my first visit. All together 3 items to be wrap in a day. She had also guided me to take public transport since I have been driving for years without having to take public transport. :) In the afternoon, she even called me to apologies that the wrapping may take longer then the promised timing. I had eventually collected my car, checked it at 7pm with both Joleen and Stephanie. However, on the way out of the building, I found out that the steering wheel was a bit out of alignment after driving on a straight road. I called Joleen immediately for help but she had mentioned her workers have left for the day. She kept apologizing and we agreed I go back the next day to get it fixed.

3rd visit - I went back the next day after my work which Joleen promised to hold their workers and wait for me even though it was a half day work due to Xmas eve. I reached at 1 plus in the afternoon and her worker fixed the steering in less than 10 mins. Stephanie also kept apologizing for the inconvenience caused as I have to drive back to get it fixed. I'm happy after all getting the problem fixed and steering wheel wrapped. In addition to the gear knob and hand brake lever with leather feel now. Thumbs up for the professional services and good quality leather!

I've just come back from Auto Image and I must say I'm extremely satisfied with the service from Jolene and Stephanie.

This being a rainy December, I had the unfortunate experience of having rain leaking from the roof of my car. Naturally, I assumed it had to do with the roof lining which I replaced with Auto Image a few months back.

I called Jolene and even though she had a busy day, she did not hesitate to have a look at my car.

Eventually, after half an hour of work, it was found that the roof lining work wasn't the cause of the leak but it was due to some other part. During the period of prying open and eventually putting back the parts (it was a tedious job as it's a continental car), I had the assurance of a very capable Stephanie. She ensured the job was well performed.

After the whole experience, I wasn't charged a single cent.

I appreciate the Auto Image's dedication to customer satisfaction. They have gone out of their way to ensure that their customers are well taken care. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to my peers.

I am driving a Honda Freed.

Previously, I called up various companies and inquired about the pricing to change my car seat leather. Apparently, their price is the most competitive (cheapest) and decided to give them a try. I was also influenced by a friend of mine who had his car done by them.

Apparently, the price quoted over the phone is incorrect and is at least $200-$300 lesser than what it originally should be. Nonetheless, they mentioned that they will honor the price since it was quoted wrongly. My first impression was that it was a sales gimmick and they are just saying it to impress me. After some checks, I realised they were honest as the usual price was supposed to be $200-$300 more than what I am paying.

In summary, their worksmanship is good and they provide 1 year warranty with 2 leather care.

I am definitely going to recommend them shop to my friends.

Had my car fabric seats changed at this place, price was good, customer service excellent and product was great as well. My car now feels like new. Thanks Auto Image.

First of, let me say that this is going to be a rather long review as I am going to go into specifics & details, but it'll be worth your 3 minutes of time taken to read this, trust me.

Decided to do some interior restoration works on my 5 year old Fd2 having already done up the exterior. Chanced upon Auto Image whilst browsing through mycarforum during one of the days last week. Decided to call for a rough quotation for re-upholstery works after having read the many positive reviews and feedbacks. Arranged for a short discussion session on Tuesday (20/8) between 6pm to 7pm. First positive point - Joleen was willing to accommodate my schedule even though their official working hours was only till 6pm. Although this may be a rather minor issue, but to those working regular office hours, I believe you understand how frustrating it is that many car workshops and aesthetics centres close around 5pm to 6pm, and not all are willing to open late and accommodate timings suitable for us office-goers.

Discussed briefly about what I had in mind in terms of design & color-choice; was initially quite keen on going for a two-tone red + black set-up, and also got a quotation in terms of the cost of what I wanted to be done, in relation to color & material choice. Called a couple of other shops on Wednesday morning, but they either didn't carry half-leather material in red or they were not willing to accommodate my requests of meeting after office hours and asked me to come down on Saturday instead. (shall not name them) Mulled over getting the job done at Auto Image for the rest of the day, and decided to go for it. Another plus point was that they offered 6 - 12 month interest-free installment plans for certain credit-card holders albeit with a 3.5% bank charge. As someone who fancies making the most out of my monthly income, i favored an option which allowed me to avoid making a one-time upfront full payment. This proved to be a strong factor in my opting for Auto Image over another leather upholstery specialist. I ended up paying half the total amount upfront, and the remainder over 12 months, which allowed me to make use of my monthly credit limit and manage my finances with ease.

Gave a call to the office and arranged to come down at roughly 8pm as they were having 7th month prayers, but again, Joleen's willingness to work late into the night was something that reached out to me. Discussed in detail about what I wanted, the two-tone set-up as mentioned earlier, but after hearing some valuable feedback from Joleen about two-tone choices, and also the fact that Auto Image does carry stock for half-leather in red (which many other shops do not), I decided to go with a near full-red set-up instead. It was near 10pm by the time we concluded for the night, but Joleen was in no hurry to pack up whatsoever, which, again, is something I took note of. Such an example of dedication to being service-orientated pretty much convinced me I made the right choice in dealing with Auto Image.

To my pleasant surprise, their Saturday slot (24/8) was available for me to do my installation works. Promptly booked the slot. Dropped off my car at 9am and managed to collect it around 3 15pm or so. Workmanship done was up to my expectations. Quality is good. Turned out nicely and met my expectations on a whole.

In summation, my overall experience with Auto Image has been a truly pleasant and well-beyond satisfactory one. Kudos to the crew at Auto Image for excellent workmanship done, prompt installation works and an overall splendid experience. Specifically, to Joleen, thank you for going the extra mile and being customer-orientated, from accommodating my late timing requests to the nitty gritty details about the specifics and customization requests, I appreciate your patience, diligence, effort and ideas shared, coupled with such excellent customer service, which made this a wonderful experience for me at Auto Image. Will definitely be back in future for any other re-upholstery works to be done, without doubt. Once again, kudos to Joleen and her crew at Auto Image for a job well done. Two thumbs up. No regrets whatsoever.

The service and workmanship were excellent. Even when I had some loose ends from a previous spray painting job, they were happy to take it on and help me with it. All in all, i was there for three times and they attended to me patiently with a smile. This is what I call service excellence!

I brought my car in the morning to the authorised agent to rectify a fault as there was a squeaking sound on the rear left seat of the car. Whenever someone sits on it and when my car goes over a road hump, everyone in the car would be able to hear the irritating squeaking noise. The Customer Service Advisor told me that the repair job would take a few days and would cost about $900. I decided not to proceed with the repair in view of the high cost and the long duration. I searched through the sgcarmart website and found that Auto Image might be able to rectify the fault. I went to Auto Image in the afternoon just to get a quote as well as the duration required for the repair. To my pleasant surprise, Joleen and her staff were able to rectify the fault in less than 2 hours. The cost of the repair was only $80 which is so much more lower than what the authorised agent had earlier quoted. Thanks to Auto Image for the job well done. Highly recommended.

Brought my car down to replace the seats leather and my worn out steering wheel leather about half a year ago. Ms Joleen and her staff are very friendly and very professional, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the leather and it's still perfectly fine. Two thumbs up

Went down to change my fabric seats in my Fit to leather. Serve by the friendly & nice lady Boss joleen and her sister. She advise & give me some ideas on the color, a job well done & Excellent Customer service. Value for Money, Thumb up A+++!

Re-wrapped my peeled steering wheel at Auto Image. They did a wonderful job. The steering wheel is as good as new. Jolene was very patient and professional in advising. They accommodated my collection time of 10.30pm and completed the job within the day.

Definitely recommended.

Send over my 5 years old estima 7 seater to re-upholstery with full leather seats. THey did it within a day and was easy. Did check around with other shops but felt that they have the skill workers and experience to do a good job. Happy with my ride with cool brown leather seat. THe smell of new leather gives you the new car feeling again. Jolene the lady boss was good in giving advice.

I recently brought a beat up 2007 fit to Auto Image, hoping to give it a fresh new look for the new year. I was not disappointed! The black half leather fitting / red threading was of top quality and the feel was pristine. Jolene was patient with me as she went through different combinations and colours. The crew was service orientated as well. It was an enjoyable experience and Im happy to recommend it to fellow drivers.
