Juz had my steering re-wrap @ Auto Image. Kudos service from Joleen who provided me 1st class service. Called up to make an appointment and she was quick to provide advice and price for my request. Drop off my car and was advice to pick it up in the evening. Joleen was kind enough to wait for me to pick up @ 8pm and was even honest in telling me the leather used was old and have a weird smell. SHe was even kind enough to offer to replace it if I found the smell unbearable. Had drive over the weekend and indeed the smell was rather strong. Called Joleen up and she was quick to provide me a same day replacement without having to wait. She was even able to sent her technician over my office to remove the steering for re-wrap without me going over to them. Great, great service. Five star for service and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

Did their basic leather upholstery package in April 2011 - $600 for all seats. Had a good experience then, and was impressed. However, only 1 year later (April 2012), the leather has started to crack and peel on 'wear and tear' surfaces. I take fairly good care of the leather, as I usually park in an MSCP and apply conditioner monthly. I went back and Joleen only offered to redo the worst surfaces at $160. I feel that they could have been more honest with their customers, by telling me from the start that their basic leather (proudly claimed 'Italian' leather, even though that has little significance) would wear so quickly. If I had known, I would have made a different decision, such as going with cloth seats or opting for more premium leather for 'wear and tear' surfaces. For a leather car seat to wear out after only 1 year is simply disappointing, and despite the rave reviews on this site, I think that many other customers will be equally disappointed (as their basic leather package is popular). Be warned!

With reference to your review & visit to our workshop last month regarding the 'crack & peel' leather surfaces on your seat, we truly understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met. I was especially concerned when you called me to feedback that your 1-year old leather seats 'cracked and peeled' as we scrutinize & conduct stringent tests & checks on all our material in order to provide quality products to all our customers. Findings based on your visit to my workshop:- 1) Creases on the right side of the sitting portion of the driver seat. 2) Slight tear on the leather surface on the right side of the sitting portion of the driver seat - which you claimed 'cracked and peeled'. Affected area is only on the right side of the sitting portion of the driver seat while remaining area of the leather seat were in good condition. Creases found are largely due to usage - movement in and out of the driver seat will tend to cause creases to form on this area and likewise on the left side of the sitting portion of the front passenger seat. Tear on the leather surface can be caused unknowingly by abrasion of sharp / rough objects such as wallet / combs placed in the driver's pockets or attire with studs / buttons. Constant abrasion on the tear leather surface may caused outer coating of leather to be stripped off- which in your case 'peeling' as you claimed. Such instances are considered 'wear and tear' and thus we regret to inform you that our warranty does not cover such damages and therefore we are unable to accede to your request for a free replacement. We would like to highlight that if there is defect in the quality of the leather used, other areas of your leather seats would have similar issues as well. As you were skeptical about replacing the affected portion with the same type of leather used, we were pleased to offer you the replacement with premium Nappa leather at a discounted rate of $160.00 for both the right side of the driver seat and left side of front passenger seat. However, we did also highlighted to you that even for premium leather such as the Nappa leather, are not crease / scratch / tear proof either. We sincerely seek your understanding and fairness for the above matter. Thank you very much.

Approached Joleen for help after my terrible experience with another upholstery company located at Kaki Bukit Shun Li Industrial Park ground floor. Auto Image team is able to rectify the problem and produce results exceeding my expectation. Job well done! Excellent service attitude!

Did my backrest with Auto Image. Customer service is great! Joleen and her team are friendly and will always greet you with a smile. Workmanship is good and fast. Her foreman even took the initiative to find extra screws for me to secure my backrest. However, do be prepared to DIY if you go down after their operating hours. Overall I'm very satisifed and will definitely recommend this merchant. *Thumbs up*

Had a deep scratch in my 07' E200 driver's seat. They were able to repair it good. Service was very good and the workers were nice. Price was reasonable too. Overall felt quite happy. Esp when i asked to pay by credit card at the last min, lady accepted readily with no nonsense like many others of asking for the extra 2-3%. If you are a customer like me who prefers to pay for deserving vendors with polite and excellent service, I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again!

Repaired and rewrapped interior fittings with very nice alcantara material as was damaged by another leather upholstery shop located in Paya Ubi (Grd floor). Lady boss is professional and advised good color combination on leather and threading for seats and panels. Also, advised on logo embroidery for both seats which now looks really great. Staff is very friendly and workmanship is great! Thumbs up on reasonable pricing as well!

Did replacement of leather upholstery on 2 front seats of my old Merc C180 last week. Met with excellent customer service from Auto Image Sales Manager Ms. Joleen. The job was completed in less than 2 days. The workmanship was of high standard and the result was an excellent well done job. Ms. Joleen even called me days later to enquire if I was satisfied with the work done ! Excellent customer service!

Highly recommended place if you are thinking of changing leather upholstery for your car. Friendly, beautiful lady boss Joleen is patient, and always has initiative to advise and gives ideas. Her team is experienced, organized, and most importantly, very careful with little details. All i can say is i am a very satisfied customer :) value for money and great service! :)

Changed the fabric seats in my MRS to leather. Excellent customer service and a good price. Excellent workmanship, a job well done by the team of Auto Image.

After visiting many other shops, I finally went with AutoImage cos : 1) the prices are very reasonable 2) the boss is not pushy and provides great advice if you are unsure about your choices 3) very accomodating to my schedule and demands 4) overall great friendly service - from the lovely boss right down to the workers After collecting my ride, I highly recommend AutoImage as : 1) the worksmanship is fantastic! the leather looks very premium and the stitching is flawless. 2) my ride was completed ahead of schedule (very highly skilled workers!). 3) additional work (securing of loose old door panels) was not charged (great service!). 4) they provide 2 free leather polish within the 1st year. Conclusion ==> AutoImage is THE choice for all your upholstery needs!
