Went to install TRW XPS rotor disc, which btw, looks awesome, and NIBK brake pads for front and rear, nice purple....In the process of installation, faces problems on my callipers (piston jam, etc) and the guys at auto101 tackle these problems with extreme care and full of professionalism. Wifey left headlights on in the haze. Forced into a change battery situation.Current battery was already x 2 years old anyway. Not sure which battery to choose. Couple calls later & some internert reserach either Bosch or Amaron. Contacted Auto 101, reasonable price ...no exchange price for road side service but was offered free change if timing changed to their schedule convenience. They arrived promptly in the morning anyway & battery was changed!! No complaints wished i could purchase the S5 but budget allowed only S4..and since i culd not get trade in price ...thot S4 would suffice...well anyway am looking forward to 24 to 36 months for this battery hopefully.

anyways service was fast, no bullshit, price paid was pretty reasonable for a Made in Korea battery ..only downside was i could get the exchange /trade in price.otherwise would recommend them!

Been using bosch frameless wipers for years given these are one of the best known market-wise in terms of being much better & effective than the standard factory fitted ones.

Having said that decided to try the goodyear wipers having seen it on sgcarmart & having read some good reviews on the internet. I have to say am very impressed compared to the bosch frameless wipers and most important there is no streaking at all which I seem to encounter with the bosch ones!

The general positive feedback on the web about these wipers definitely hold true & this the 2nd instance in recent times that goodyear have given me great satisfaction for my bucks (...the last being when I changed my tires to eagle f1 asymmetric 2!)

Went for a set of goodyear wipers. The boss kindly top up my wiper wash with his chemical wash as I feedback to him my previous wipers are jerking foc.
Even got a discount for my wipers, when they found out that I bought my bosch battery from them previously.

When to auto101 to check out on battery for my sportage. I am very pleased with them on the technical expertise. Took the time to explain and they do not push me on buying anything. Great customer service. Anyway, I bought a battery from them. A Bosch S5. Why buying from them without checking elsewhere? If they can provide good service, they should deserve the deal.

Went to get my Nissan battery changed today. Ended up getting the Bosch S3 and the goodyear wipers. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Good job!

Visited Auto 101 at their new location at Northpoint Bizhub on Monday. This building seems new and not all spaces are fully occupied.

Their new shop seems more spacious more the option of handling a few days at once. Have a short chat with them and I seek their recommendation of new set of wipers. As CNY period is round the corner, wiper is one of the thing that I will change yearly.

The person in charge introduced quite a few brands of wipers that they carry. Patiently explain to me the features of individual brands and their respective pricing.

What really caught my attention is the set of Goodyear Wipers. As all of us know that Goodyear is related to tyres, and I was amazed to see the relation with regards to wipers. I keep asking questions with regards to the goodyear wipers and finally got it.

Each of the wiper comes with few hooks and I assume it can fit almost all car models in the market. Today is the 3th day after installation and everything seems working fine. Last evening there was a heavy rain in the east and this set of goodyear wipers give me a clearer vision as compared to other brands.

After wiping, there is no water stain mark (or lines) left on my windscreen. I think I will be buying the same brand of wipers next year as it does the functions of what other brand does not.

Bought aerotwin wipers and changed bosch battery yesterday at Auto 101. Quite a long drive to Yishun but worth it. Good and friendly service and reasonable price. Rudra was patient in helping me source for the correct wipers and prompt with my SMS questions prior to my visit. Jason was also patient in explaining as well as careful while changing the battery. A good experience. Will recommend to friends.

My car battery went flat yesterday and my friend had to help me jump start the car. Afraid that it might happen again at night i went to this carshop recommended by my friend. i was a little skeptical at first as i have had several bad experiences with car workshops before. Auto101 is so different! Their staff are all approachable and friendly and most importantly not pushy like the last shop i went to! Mr Binod the staff who attended to me was patient and explained clearly which battery is suitable for my car and how to take note of battery failure warning signs in future. Their prices are reasonable too. This is the first time i left a car shop without doubting if i got an honest deal.. Really liked the professionalism of this shop and will definitely return for my car needs in future. Highly recommended!

I went yesterday during lunchtime to change my wipers to a pair of Bosch Aerotwin. Price seems reasonable enough. During lunchtime, there’s only 1 other customer in the shop. Hence, they changed my wipers very promptly and we even chatted a while about some car stuff. A nice, cozy shop with friendly folks indeed, worth a visit…

went to change my brake light and had change my battery to Bosch, I was happy with their service and experience in helping me> I learn a lot from Rudra also.

Had my Amaron battery traded in and installed Bosch S5 battery. Bigger Ah, tremendous affect on pick up! Hahaha best thing is got to purchase the bosch wipers for $8 each. Gosh, installed it yesterday, juz nice heavy downpour today. Am still impress with graphite wipers compared to silicone coz it last longer and mre durable. Gd service, attractive competitive price and fast installation! Kudos bro! Fazlee

Big thanks to Jason and Rudra for their patience and great service when I dropped by earlier this week to install the iRoad iOne car camera and to change my car battery. Really appreciate the patience and sincere service and with extremely reasonable prices to boot. Special kudos to Jason who very patiently answered all my queries with a sincere smile. Very hard to come by in the service industry these days. Keep it up. And really, rain or shine, they will complete the job nicely. They even have this giant umbrella to assist them to do their job well. :D True to their word, they will only sell and recommend service and items that they will use on their own ride. And with such warm and excellent service, its really hard to drive in as a customer but not leave as a friend. I am glad I found this small but cozy shop. Really hope they will continue to bring in more good stuff and expand their services. I will be back soon to install the auto-dimming mirror. Wait for me! :D
