I am here to say thank you to Ah yong provide me a very precious in Car Audio system course this after-noon, i went there to upgrade my audio system, Ah Yong very helpful and patient person and well explain to me all the things i needed, he is professional and experience, he know what my car need to upgrade to make the whole system sounds even better, not only that, his workmanship is even brilliant, some of the shops i went before they are simply "talk" but the finishing is like "so so", and now thank you for you recommend speakers "German Maestro" is really fantastic speaker.

I am writing to let everyone know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that ah yong have provided. I visited the shop recently to change my speakers. Yong was very attentive and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about ICE and the store product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right speaker that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale.

Highly recommend Ah Yong at Action Auto. His price is reasonable and one of the best in town. He provides value added service and more importantly, he knows his stuff. A nice guy who is meticulous in the installation of my audio equipment, friendly and patient. Very satisfied with his recommendations of Pioneer DVD player and Hertz HSK 165 component speakers. Will definitely purchase from him again in the future.

In season Chinese New Year period, my 4 channel amplifier, but 1 channel amplifier was no sound in CNY. I found out so many shop was not open yet. And accidently found Action Auto on open. Than boss Ah Yong recommend me 1 model of amplifier HERTZ(HDP4),trade in my old amplifier to him and the price was not expensive compare with another work shop I was went before. And he not charge me for installations and tuning. Thanks Ah Yong, sure I will intro you to my friend.

I went to Action Auto few day back. I am thinking of changing to new set of audio system. I can say i am a noob for all this system stuff like amp, speaker etc.
But with the help of the friendly boss Ah Yong I got what I wanted and needed. He explain to me what are the different and what is better for my fit. Thank You. I been in his shop for a good half day just to get things done up. His workmanship is very good cant see all the ugly wire after installation! One more good things is installation and tuning are free. Keep up the good job ah yong. I sure will intro this shop to my friend.

Yesterday i go Action Auto to install speaker and processor. Tuning and installation are free of charge. Speaker was very cheap and Ah Yong can do a better job compare to the other shop I went last time. And he give me good advices, friendly and kind to customer. Good Work!
