Long awaited review for Vincent and his team after 1 week of driving. I came to Vincent as my there were some problems with my brakes, as well as the positive reviews in sgCarMart. Vincent was super friendly and prompt in his reply where he set up an appointment with me ASAP. Fast forward, Vincent swiftly diagnosed the problems that my car was facing and instructed his team to get on with it. Vincent was swift in his update and his team even took the initiative to check on other parts of the car, identifying other underlying problems that haven't been fixed by other workshop since I got the car. All in all, Vincent and his team are professional and deliver what they promised. Some might argue that the price you pay here is a tad higher, but it's definitely worth the quality and knowledge you get from Vincent and his team. Boss knows his stuff well. What reputable workshops or your go to places can't do this guy can. It took 30 mins to solve an idle issue/gear change issue. Now the most important, money wise. upon recommendation, went over to V2D to get my car stalling issue done. Was warmly welcome by Vincent himself, really friendly and easy going guy. He told me whats the issue and sadly car need to be hospitalised. Repair was set to work the next day with pictures and regular updates via WhatsApp on car on-going repair status. His team even rush to get parts for my car as I told Vincent I need to use my car the following day. They went full throttle to get the repair done even though is passed working hours. Vincent and his awesome team of mechanic's are very swift in spotting a car problem. They even provide remote troubleshooting instruction for you to understand the cars problems first hand before determining if it's serious for it to be towed into their workshop.

Met Vincent a few months back to enquire on car servicing and maintenance, the kind of packages that Pro-Jex V2D has. A very honest and decent workshop, whatever that needs to be done is always advised. His team is very professional and always deliver as promised, really changed my perspective towards car workshops. I am very lucky to have met him, gave me proper tips and advice on what needs to be worked on for my car.
