Sent in my 2015 black Camry with water marks and paint spots made by nearby ceiling painting. Borneo says may not be able to remove it and will take 2 days. Klardetails specialists manage to clear all those for me though it took a slightly longer time then the stated 8 hours, at least there is a cosy lounge with tv to pass the extra hour. I made an appt with Wilson a week ago to have my car 9H coated. Went to a couple of other shops who were in the same kind of business. Compared all their pricing and packages offered. Although Klar was not the best priced among the other 9H deatilers, BUT they offered a promotional package with 2 on site Maintenance on top of their 3 Yrs Warranty. Hence my decision to entrust my car to be groomed by Klar last saturday 9am sharp. Was greeted by Steve and another staff and they immediately jumped into action. Starting with a good wash down to remove all the dust dirt sand on my car and even meticulously brushed every spoke in my rim. After washing followed by claying to remove the fine particles that stuck onto the paint. Then outside for drying. Then came the masking tape to protect the non polishing bit. 2 step Polishing and paint correction before heading back to the washing bay again to remove residual oil and wax/polish. Then started the 3 layer application of the 9H Si ceramic coat. Each layer with a half hr curing itime in between. Full exterior coat including Rims, head and tail Lights, Glass windows, both windscreen, all plastics trims. After 3 layers complete then using infra red lamps to further cure the coat. They have a total of 3 Stations, Washing, Polishing, Coating all designed for the right purpose as well as a very comfortable air con lounge for customers to relax and watch their 42" internet TV with free wifi and Plug to charge your HP or Laptop. The entire process was 10 hours. I was very impressed with their work.and results have been noticed by my car buddies and now they are also condiering coating their cars too. The more ppl i meet, the more people know about Klar. My car's excellent condition is a moving advertisement for Klar. Yet to be tested is the 3 yr warranty provided by Klar as well as the 2 on-site maintenance. And 1 free car wash, i confident they will deliver same top notch professional service. - Ah Leng

I was greeted by very friendly staffs when I sent my car for Klarcoat Si+. I was served by Winson when I went for my car collection. Even though it has passed their operating hours, Winson still took time to share with me on the Dos and Donts for car maintenance and etc. One thing that I really appreciate is that Winson is very professional and honest with me about the issues and conditions of my car, that he and his staffs came across during the coating of my car. The veteran groomers here have been polishing my cars for years. Recently I scrapped a 10th year old silver Grand Vitara that friends told me looks nothing more than 5 years old (lol the model probably not on sale anymore 5 years ago so it cannot be newer) ! I have recently done a coating on my brand new Golf. They even detected and resolved couple of deep scratches likely caused by particles rubbing during VW cleaning before handing over the car. Usually such scratches often go undetected unless the lightings are present and observations are close enough. I can only say these groomers are meticulous. The new car coating takes around 4 hours and the job is perfect. It is no wonder they were talking about foreign enquiries to import their services to other Asian countries. However, it is unfortunate they do not do house grooming due to to the lighting and equipment required of their service. Perhaps they can consider mobile detailing. Nothing short of a 5 star service and great value for money. They have strong word of mouth recommendations as well. Keep it guys ! - George Kooi
