Fast actions and reply promptly. Know what they are doing and mechanics are friendly. One plus point is that they are operating on Sunday which I seldom see a workshop operating on Sunday. Free wifi at waiting area with drinks provided.. Are they pricey ? What I can say is that it is value for money and they did not charge me for simple task. Visited the ubi workshop to change my rear shocks. They managed to help me source for the b6 and quoted a reasonable price. Mechanic was friendly and waiting area spacious with aircon, arcade car game and sofa. Will defo consider going back for other repairs!

The technicians in Toh Guan outlet are very friendly and will answer any questions or doubt. Even offer to buy me coffee.
Very good customer services and clean the car before handling it back.
I service my car regularly here.
So if you need to find a reliable service center , look no further.
