Failed my inspection and called up Autoshield Solar Film. They are prompt and immediately help me measure. Indeed same as inspection center, only 46% VLT so got to change it out. After pasting with Autoshield Diamond Series Solar Film, they measured again and it was 71% VLT ie required by LTA is 70%. I drove back to re-inspect and I passed.
