Sent in my car for maint coating about a month ago. Recently I saw some water marks on my bonnet and called Maciano if I can pay to do some touch up.....guess what, he said just send in my car and he will do the recoat for me...FOC and no questions asked. understanding, approachable with Great customer service. I had sent my car for ceramic coating about 1 year ago and the protection was superb. Maintenance is easy as I do not need frequent car washes and my car still shines. With such proven results. Superb workmanship and very detailed polish. Car was sparkling clean and the glosst when collected. Boss, Marc is very polite and helpful. I had accidentally stained the door when my car perfume was spilled, and the stains cannot be removed even with car shampoo when I noticed the next day. Marc asked me to send the car to him to remove the stain and helped to clear the stain, plus add the ceramic coatings, all these at no cost at all after the restoration as he said it is under warranty. Thumbs up and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for ceramic coatings for their car. - Lionel Chua
