I've been a loyal customer of Ceramic Works for a reason, and it all comes down to the consistent quality and effort by Marc, Nicole, and the team. This Toyota Harrier marks the third car I've entrusted to them, and once again, they've done an outstanding job with the coating. Their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my car looks its best is why I keep coming back. From start to finish, they've exceeded expectations every time, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I was introduced to Ceramic Works by a friend and I was initially hesitant to invest in car coating. I met Mr Marc at their Kaki Bukit outlet and he was very patient in explaining the benefits and process. A demo was also done for me. I did not sign up with them on that day as I wanted to visit a few other detailers before making a decision and I am pleasantly surprised that they did not hard sell. I decided to go with Ceramic Works after my research because they are more knowledgeable about the coating process as well as the quality of products used. I am beyond satisfied with the final product. They are meticulous and very thorough in their execution. My car looks like a showroom piece now and I would highly recommend their services to any car owners who wants the best for their ride.

I was recommended by my cousin to try Ceramic Works for detailing services, and they did not disappoint. After researching numerous grooming shops, I chose Ceramic Works for my Tesla's PPF Full Car Wrap. I was truly impressed by their exceptional service and craftsmanship. Marc is patience and knowledgeable when I asked a lot of questions. They managed to completed my car in just 3 days, surpassing their promised 5-day timeline. I'm extremely pleased with the final result! The car is very shine and well protected! NO MORE WORRY ABOUT THE STONECHIPS.

Ceramic coating by Ceramic Works FAILED  Posted on 28-Jan-2024
Had my front windshield and bonnet coated by this company. In less than one year, the windshield coating lost its effectiveness. Ugly water spots also started to appear on the glass. The paint coating is also horrible. Mud stains cleaned off within an hour still left marks behind. Company also refused to provide warranty, saying that these are ala carte services. I doubt the authenticity of some of their positive reviews on Facebook and Google. Their prices are on the high side, but their products suck big time. Try them at your own risk!

Car is shiny!! Went for the 4 layers 9H ceramic coat service. Felt the cost was on the steep side but the final workmanship is good. Hoping the shine will last. Was raining after I exited the workshop sadly but the drops dried quickly with the hydrophobic layer. The coating is not dust proof though which was informed to me. Was told aftercare still involves car wash with shampoo at least once a week and 6 monthly reviews. - Jackson Lim
