Frankly, I sent my Vios to Gosford about 3 months ago. Lately when the manager, Connie texted me to ask me to write a consumer's review with no obligation. I am gladly doing it because the leather quality is great! I have experienced this for the past 3 months. She recommended me the design with perforations that provides better ventilation is indeed a wiser choice! Many of my friends like the design too. I was really confused initially about the choices of material when I was shopping around but only Connie patiently explained the pros and cons between synthetic and genuine leather. Did an overall change of seat leather/ dashboard and steering wheel with Gosford. Connie was really responsive and patient to help me choose the colour that I like. She went the extra mile to bring me to a brighter spot to have a good look at the colours. The workmanship was impressive, neat and the steering wheel was done so well, it looks better than the original! Happy to write this review when I was asked to. Bought this second hand Daihatsu from a PI. The ex owner changed the seat cover to a very uncomfortable feeling synthetic leather. Worst of all, it started to cracked after a few months. Went to Gosford and met Jeffery. He recommended me to change into genuine cow hide. I was reluctant due to the extra costing. However, the end result was fantastic! Indeed genuine cowhide provides much better comfort and it was not so hot under sun. The workmanship is good too. Jeffrey adviced me to skip all leather polishing as damp cloth will just do the job. Now, I will be wiser to ask for genuine cow hide before I make any car purchase.
