I heard about this place from a relative and contacted Evan through whatsapp. I got a response almost immediately and he was friendly, honest and ready to answer all the questions I had. He explained all the different packages and add-ons they offered and I decided on the Nanonix Prestige Ceramic 9H Coating ($488 for Saloon). I brought my VW Golf down around 9am on Saturday. The team was very detailed in inspecting the car and upfront about the condition of it (which wasn't too good). But I was pleasantly surprised by the results when I collected my car at around 4pm. Extremely professional job; efficient yet delivering on everything promised with the highest standards and quality. To top it off, Goh patiently offered me great advice on how to clean and maintain the car. It's easy to see why they have maintained a 5-star rating and I definitely agree. I got my car detailed here at GK Detailing and couldn't be happier with the outcome, I have a Silver Mercedes Benz GLA 180. Russzzo Goh, Evan Koh and their team did an incredible job coating my brand new ride fresh from the oven ha ha. I even stopped by one day before the process and they invited me in their workshop to show me which area that really need to be focused on so that it can maintain my car's paintwork. Evan Koh was quite attentive and informative as he gave me all the advise of the dos and don'ts after the coating. Initially I opted to do Paint Protection Film on my bonnet and bumper only and the rest to do ceramics coating but after listening to Russzzo Goh's advise and explanation I ended up doing PPF for the roof and spoiler too which was at a very reasonable price to me. Frankly speaking, I like the way they worked on my car, they were very focused and very detailed on their job. GK Detailing believed in quality work rather than quantity and they only accept the most 2 or 3 cars per day to work on it. On the day they did the detailing on my car, it was only my car they work on in and they took about 8 hours to complete. When I came down to collect my car, I was so happy with the end result as my car was so sparkly and so smooth to the touch. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know and they are a great team who are very respectable and friendly. Last but not least, special shout out to Russzzo Goh, Evan Koh and not forget their associates for doing an amazing job on my precious ride. Started to know about GK Detailing since their ceramic pro days and had intended to use their services upon receiving the car and placed a deposit. Had some issues with car and a few months, yes a few months later went back to them and the deposit was still honoured! Evan & Goh was pleasant to deal with, not pushy and explained in details of the various packages and the ppf packages as well. Brought the car for their service and had a minor scrape which they kindly agreed to even bring the car down to my workshop once done as I was away on overseas.
