I got my car detailed here at GK Detailing and couldn't be happier with the outcome, I have a Silver Mercedes Benz GLA 180. Russzzo Goh, Evan Koh and their team did an incredible job coating my brand new ride fresh from the oven ha ha. I even stopped by one day before the process and they invited me in their workshop to show me which area that really need to be focused on so that it can maintain my car's paintwork. Evan Koh was quite attentive and informative as he gave me all the advise of the dos and don'ts after the coating. Initially I opted to do Paint Protection Film on my bonnet and bumper only and the rest to do ceramics coating but after listening to Russzzo Goh's advise and explanation I ended up doing PPF for the roof and spoiler too which was at a very reasonable price to me. Frankly speaking, I like the way they worked on my car, they were very focused and very detailed on their job. GK Detailing believed in quality work rather than quantity and they only accept the most 2 or 3 cars per day to work on it. On the day they did the detailing on my car, it was only my car they work on in and they took about 8 hours to complete. When I came down to collect my car, I was so happy with the end result as my car was so sparkly and so smooth to the touch. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know and they are a great team who are very respectable and friendly. Last but not least, special shout out to Russzzo Goh, Evan Koh and not forget their associates for doing an amazing job on my precious ride. May PM me to clarify my following points: 1. Surveyed many different companies and their packages. I have detailed calculation of what they offered. Overall cost for GK is comparable to reputable detailing shops and cheaper than those which quoted much lower on coating but require monthly or once every 2 months visit for a normal car wash (not premium). 2. Goh was the main person in contact with me. Very open and straightforward with pros and cons for different paint protection methods. Very accommodating and willing to give and take (swapping what u want with u was offered initially), as long as within his means. After all, the ppl are earning a living, so I don't think should just demand complimentary items here and there. Let's be realistic and understanding. Everything has a cost and quality comes with price too. 3. Goh is definitely very knowledgeable in this area and provide advices willingly. End of the day, he would prefer customers to do coating with him but there is also a chance that ppl don't. He doesn't show any attitude in calls or msg and still continue to keep positive relationship. 4. End of the day, I didn't choose to do with his company mainly because of convenience (far from my home) but due to what he has given me in terms of sharing, experience and impression, I think it's only fair and right to help him to do a review. Although it is a new brand in Singapore (as explained by Goh), I found out that NANONIX actually has a huge range of products that is associated with coatings and even car maintenance! Decided to take the plunge to try out this new ceramic 9H coating and did not regret it at all! The product made my car look so much glossier and shinier! What sealed the deal for me is that this coating is made in japan, which is a place of manufacture known for it quality! Will reccomend to all my friends! There are a lot of Japanese coatings in Singapore but what won me over was the enthusiasm of Evan and Goh. They replied my personal messages super fast and this gave me confidence of their level of customer service. Came to their premises to do their coating and it is indeed properly planned out. I went through a detailed explanation of their facility, their equipments used etc. and I was happy to know that my car will be in this excellent faciity. A lot of grooming shops out there have very dim environments, a messy area and no coating room. NANONIX SINGAPORE have a dedicated washing bay, polishing bay and coating room! This was what made me confirm with them as a Good product must be coupled with a Good facility. My confidence in them was in their facility and brand. I am very satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism Evan and Goh displayed! They patiently answered all my questions, explaining to me what ceramic coating is all about. I am a strong believer of wax and polish but was convinced by the confidence Evan and Goh displayed on the knowledge of their product. When I initially found out that Nanonix is only recently launched in Singapore, I was very apprehensive as there are already many ceramic coating brands out there in the market that has been in Singapore for many years! However with the confidence of a Japan made product and their very attractive launch price, I decided to take the dive!
