Good front desk's service and installation - Sheril Syazwani, Owner of Hyundai Elantra SLS10--M

I am currently using X700 with Thinkware connect service. On 26 Dec 2019,my car was parked at the parking lot while I was at another location with my friend. I had received an alert that my car was hit when I was having dinner . I quickly rushed to the carpark but later realised that the video footage was unclear and did not capture the car plate number clearly. While trying to narrow down my search ,I had decided to inform Thinkware authorised agent, ZMC and was served by Zay. Having sent the footages ,Zay and Xiu Wen analysed the footages and updated me on the vehicle number that hit mine. With that ,they even went to the extend of contacting Thinkware Korea and wrote me a written email to proof on the car that hit mine. I got to know through my insurer that the driver had disputed on the incident date . However, the information given by ZMC managed to make the hit and run driver to admit. Few days ago,TP has updated that they would be initiating action against the drive over 3 offences. Thank you for the wonderful after sale service from Zay & Xiu Wen. :)

The last time I visited the place was when I had Exiga. My current ride is already 3 and the earlier ride was sold after like 8 yrs of use. There priceof the F800pro has gone up. But Zay was able to let me have the old price, and immediate installation. Gave me a thorough briefing before letting me go! Fully understood all functions thanks to him.
