I hvae booked the car from them in advance for 1 month. after booking merchant did not get back to me whether was booking fee trasnfered. I tried calling them for more than 5 times to get details , where to collect the car, charges etc. however, everytime its either they don pick up the call or its rejected. In the end, i forfeited the booking fees and rather go somewhere else than to put up with this kind of service

Rented from them but their customer service is the worst i ever encountered before. Sms them for prices, no reply. Call them for prices, they speak impatiently and rude. Hard to contact them, have to call a few times to reach, they don't entertain sms too. Other car rental shop still reply/call customers if they sms. Agreed on timing to pick up the car, i call them upon arrival on time, they told me they forget and say is my fault for not informing them that im on the way. In the end waited 1hr for the car. Car was not cleaned, aircon unit spoilt and petrol was low in red gauge. Lucky there's a petrol station nearby. I was told to return early as their staff is currently at the pickup location. btw their staff is roy n neo, so maybe the review under username "royneoky" is fake. Not recommend to rent unless u can tahan such services or u stay near defu or pickup points.

rented from them but service wasn't good at all..no easy easy to contact and collection/ return of vehicle not convenient ...car no clean, brake loose and steering not good too...

AA would be a good choice for rental of vehicle. thumb up for them. Rented PUNTO from them over the weekend. Excellent condition. Clean interior as well as exterior. Great service from the staff. Conveniently located near MRT. Will definitely rent a car from them again in time to come!
