I was thankful that they have agreed to rent the car to me in a very short notice (1day) and to a p-plate driver. Very direct rental charge, no hidden cost. Just note that the rental excludes 7% GST, which they will add on upon payment. rented a lancer. body has some light scratches which we told the guy during the inspection. I extended my rental over the phone for another 4 days. They just noted on their end and I made the payment on the day of car return. Being a noob, i got nervous when i was unable to turn the key. Called the emergency no. at the keytag and the guy picked up in a few rings and he assisted me over the phone patiently. Thumbs up!

They only take credit card payment, lucky i have one. no deposit and very professional office, best i have seen.

the services that they provide are good as in those small matters they will just closed 1 eyes, and after you rent from them the 1st time , you do not need to pay any more deposit!! usually, if I want to rent a car, I call up , ask any car availble, price ok, I will tell them a time and collect the car with payment. the only other thing that I didn't give a full rating is , the car sometime is very dirty and old , but they are changing for the better
