🚗🔧Excellent service! Ah Keong and his dedicated team strives to ensure that the workmanship is top notch, be it servicing, repairs or even adding new enhancements. My Kia Rio had various wear and tears (> 10 years), and they manage to provide useful recommendations on parts to change and also patiently troubleshoot a persistent knocking sound after a coilover installation which was due to old linkages. There is no hard selling and the communication/updates provided is timely and accompanied with pictures of the faulty parts. During car collection, you can see the parts that had been replaced (and understand the location of wear and tear) for peace of mind. 👍

First time trying out this workshop that happened to be very near my place... For servicing and my aircon... Overall the price I think is very reasonable and I am happy with the service. Will definitely come back again for my future servicing and recommend people especially those in the west to try them out.

My second visit with FixAuto for servicing and repairs. They do recommendation and breakdown the costing for you to decide which option you need. They will not put you into difficult situation; hard selling. Most importantly is the skills and efficient of the technicians and they have it both. I'm definitely visiting them again! - Tommy Tan

Very responsible mechanic. Just had servicing with them. Try their $108 package which include air filter and cabin filter. Furthermore, they still give free nano mist, car wash and vacuum. On top of that, they still clean the whole engine compartment Highly recommend for servicing and repair jobs by fixauto. My whole car looks shinning and the whole cabin smell nice and clean. Even after identifying some faults in my car, they did not try to hard sell me the replacement parts and were patient in answering my queries. Made me feel welcome despite being my 1st time here. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly staffs. Able to figure out what's going on with the noise coming out from the under carriage within 10 mins and get it fix for free. Though only doing the servicing but able to find some of the parts faulty and get it replace on the same day. Highly recommend workshop if you want to have a peace of mind. Costing are acceptable, not overpriced like some other workshops quoted dose. And not to mentioned, shampoo car wash included with proper equipments and facilities are great with free flow of packet drinks in the comfortable aircon room in their office. The lady boss are friendly and so her husband. You guys did a great job. will definitely drop by again once the servicing is up. - Alfred Hxm
