Richard and Dave are friendly gentlemen who attended to my queries, concerns, etc promptly and professionally. To me, they are honest, service oriented and approachable. Taking and handing over rental car was smooth and they are receptive to explanation. Conditions of the car I rented is super clean. I rented a car from richard from this company when my car broke down. Despite his tight schedule. He and his female colleague rushed down to their office to make available a hyundai avante grey for me. Enjoyed driving the car. Aircon was very cold and engine was quiet. Car felt alot more powerful and comfortable then my toyota rush. Explained to me all the terms and conditions nicely and very transparent in dealings. Richard and Dave are very responsive. They are also very careful and detailed in explaining the insurance coverage and excess. They also send all the contact details required in the event of breakdown and accident. Car was clean and in excellent working condition.
