I was quoted a price which was agreed upon. Phone calls were made to confirm the date of the scheduled work. My car was left at the garage on the appointed day and I was to return that afternoon to deliver the seals. However, I then received a call to say that the price had now 'increased' ??! Unsurprisingly, I questioned the extra charge now quoted as my car was already sitting in the workshop which implicitly meant that we had an agreement. I susbsequently agreed to the new fee and returned to the workshop with the spares but was then unceremonioulsy told to 'take my car back' as they were now 'unhappy' with me. I was willing to pay the extra charge and asked if they could carry out the work but was still brushed away in a high handed manner.

In all, wasted afternoon, wasted time and effort. Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer commitment. Certainly not a professional service rendered and I would not recommend using them.

The paintwork finishing was smooth and shine to the sun. As a did i change in paint colour, they spray painted almost everyplace except for some not so visible corners such as the undercarriage of the car.
