I thought Shariot was the worst, but now I would place BlueSG alongside them.

The cars were fine, but their customer service is non existent. Once they have you locked in a subscription plan they will bleed you out and there is virtually no way for you to cancel it. You cannot contact them unlike before, and even if you manage to reach them, they will say that they will process it but they will just ignore you.

Cars were fine and Point A-B is convenient, but man do their customer service suck. The times I could not start the car, I could not get anyone on line. Even their "Live" Customer support is just a ChatBot.

Customer service doesn't seem to know about their work. I could not access to the bluesg car and charging station as i have lost my previous card for me to access the bluesg car. I need to change the access card which was an ezlink card to a new card. But the customer service doesn't seen to understand the issue.
