I rented their Mercedes GLC 250 and it was a great experience! The handing over and taking over process was very smooth and they went through the details of the rental contract with me carefully before handing over the car. Extremely Satisfied with the rental experience provided by MCL Garage, especially with Shawn and Jack. Was searching for a Golf R/GTI and came across MCL Garage. The personal was quick to respond, and was able to book VW Golf R for use in SG and M'sia. The service was top notch even after returning the car. Although the car was returned dirty on the exterior by the previous rental but Shawn apologise and reimburse the carwash. It was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared about my experience. Vehicle Quality: I rented an Audi S5, and it was in decent condition. The car was clean. Contacted MCL for roadside assistance , as car was involved in an accident involving my vehicle being rear ended , shawn from mcl was very professional, assisted us with towing and also handling the other third party who was abusive towards us in a professional manner, shortly after, assisting us to the hospital also providing us the replacement vehicle in the middle of the night, nonetheless we are very grateful for the services shawn has provided during christmas day, car repaired by them was also very good and professional, highly reccomended as a 1 stop automotive service provider. very thankful for shawn and mcl's services to ensure that i could carry on my activities during christmas day. - Miker, Rented BMW 116D

Rented the glc coupe from mcl garage, condition of the car was very good almost new, no funny smells , very nice looking colour as well, car is very powerful and very fuel efficient as well, was shocked at what a good diesel car could offer, even quieter compared to my petrol car , nonetheless kudos to jack and shawn for their services totally worth it, would seek for their services should i get involved in accident again - Shirley, Rented Mercedes Benz GLC250D

Extremely pleased with the rental experience provided by MCL Garage, especially with Jack. Was informed by another rental company that they could not fulfil my bridal car rental 1 day before my wedding. Frantically searched for an alternative and came across MCL Garage. Jack was quick to respond, and was able to advise me and provide a variety of choices. Settled on the Porsche Macan ultimately and it was a wonderful drive. Contacted Jack from MCL Garage at 3am as I need a wedding car urgently. The one I rented initially broke down. Despite the text at ungodly hour, Jack was being very professional and replied promptly. Luckily the vehicle I rented, Porsche Macan S was still available. He made all the arrangement for me knowing how busy the day before wedding was. The car was in great condition.
