My car lost the front of its undercarriage in the midst of a really bad rain storm. On a Sunday afternoon. With my husband out of town.

The car part (see photo) was dragging from the car, and I had to stop in the rain so that the car didn't get ruined, and the undercarriage part didn't get caught in the tire. I called Yellow Bull because it was the first to come up in a search.

Eric was totally sympathetic on the phone and asked for my location. He arrived in 20 minutes. Hoisted up the car and unscrewed the part that was stuck onto the car and dragging and disconnected it so that I could safely drive home and then deal with the problem in the morning. Eric offered to have it fixed in his shop, and I said I couldn't decide then just needed to get home. He was fine with that and charged very little for the emergency help.

Highly recommend. Dependable and compassionate when you're desperate!

Excellent service! My car decided to take sick leave when I was driving to KL. Called Eric and he immediately get the tow truck and replacement car. My new car 2months old, battery flat around 9pm. Reached Eric n took him 20mins to reach my designated place n he got it rectified immediately. He's very helpful and friendly. Ensure everything in order before he leave.

Eric came to my rescue when I had a flat tyre! Super friendly guy over the phone and when he arrived (abt 30 mins) he spotted the nail! Lucky us! If not he gotta tow my car to a tyre shop.
