I had lease a brand new GLA from DFM since 6 months ago, from the experience of vehicle collection, the sales staff is friendly and give good explanation of vehicle.
Encounter one small technical issue on vehicle, and DFM operation staff manage to react quickly and solve the problem within a day. And the ops team always call back promptly for the update which really impressive with their good follow up.

Have been leasing from Daimler Fleet for the past 6 years. Their service has been outstanding! Recently i met an accident and i called the 24hrs hotline. Within 1 hour, one after sales guy appear with an replacememnt vehicle. He greeted me and checked whether i am fine, etc. And ask me to drive off the replacement vehicle while he will handle the rest from there! Best service!!
