Automotive Technology is not about price but service and after sales service. Henry took effort to explain everything in detail to his customers. I went to some other shops for tires but end up going back to him as he provide wheel rotation and balancing through out the life of your tires(of course purchase from him). I went there looking for a Eagle F1 made in Thailand tire. What I must say is that the showroom and the service provided is excellent. And the follow-up services has been excellent too. Picture this, I purchased 4 x tire at $100 each and hey provided lifetime rotation FOC. Thus far, I have been returning there for the 50,000 rotation. And usually most shops will charge me $15 for rotation. So imagine, I've already saved $15 x 5 = $75 worth of savings, hence effectively speaking, I only paid $25 for the tire. Today just went down for tyres change, at same time if have good choice of rim will change it ! But too bad not much choice of rims for my Ford focus ! Sales servicew is excellent from the Team ! Paitence to explain and show the limited rims for my ride! Overall feel is great and my son is happy there too!!!!! Post Management Response
