got a missing ABT wheel cap and promptly got a replacement on the same day!Boss is understanding and helpful.The staff is friendly and attentive in trying to solve my problem.Though it was a small matter,they still address it professionally. This speaks volume of Autovox management's philosophy.Gavin,thank you for your assistance.

Just service my ride the other day at autovox, was pleasantly surprised how professional they were considering that they are not a car agent. Nice air-conditioned waiting area & a cuppa to chill out. Friendly bunch of ppl too.

Do not order anything from them. They will take ages to send and feed you BS at the same time. 2 weeks became more than 1 month. Have stock become no stock. Will arrive but never arrive. Eventually, found out item still not sent out after one month! They will also ask you to pay a deposit first. My mistake! Cash cow.

Changed the ECU and enlarged the size of the exhaust. This is enough to see a big change in my car. They are indeed the specialist in Audi cars.
