Please be aware when you rent your van/car at this company. The company did not explain that they have empty fuel tank policy. So if you on auto mode to pump the full tank, they will not refund you a single cents. Tricky business model. - Yi Ni

Hi Miss Yi Ni, thank you for your review on our page. We will like to highlight that on every rental agreement, we have indicated petrol/diesel at own expense. The point was reiterated by our employee when your husband Mr Wei Jie came on Sunday for collection of vehicle and you wasn�t here. So there was no so-called �tricky business model� as you claimed. To come to our premises with your husband upon returning vehicle and be rude to our employee when you weren�t around at time for collection doesn�t sit really right. Rented a 10ft lorry and a van over the weekend for a school event. The condition of vehicles was great, easy to drive. Staff were friendly and very willing to answer any questions that you may have, no hidden charges. Definitely a place I will return to. Highly recommended!

Cheap and non-trife! What else do you need?!
The vehicle condition was very good, easy to drive and performed well. Insurance is included, what is particularly convenient.

the central location is by far the best. The vehicle was clean, low mileage. ran very well and efficient. No hidden additional charges.Nothing is too much trouble. They are always happy to answer any and every question. maybe for the first time, there are always questions. highly recommend BHL..

From start to finish the car hire through you was great. The , all the
documentation is clear and arrives promptly, paperwork was dealt with very quickly.We were soon on our way in our chosen car. Excellent service! I see no point in looking elsewhere.

this rental place used to have lots of (lorry or pickups) for cheap rental ..ps: which i used for my shipyard work.
one of the mechanic is a fren of my father too. very few rental places dont require Gst charges nowadays.

got toyota wish(7 seater) for the weekend, the boss is ok with topping up some petrol for free as after work , i wanted to head home soon.
