I been few times to this workshop and what i get is just a honest solution. Sometimes we just need a cheap fix as we are not running a collectable ferrari, the boss will be able to cater for that and give you cheaper options such as not spraying the whole part of the car but just the affected area.

Repairs are done with care and prices are fair. Some might even find it too cheap.

I will not hesitate to recommend them for japs/korean and the more common conti such as VW/Skoda

It's a family owned business that one can trust. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming. Workmanship is good and the price is reasonable. Though forgetful at times to return calls, honest mechanics are a rare find.

I have decided to pay CH motors a visit as my rear left suspension is giving some squeaking sound over bumps. Made an appointment to visit the workshop. I was warmly greeted by Joe, AKA, boss. Told him my issue and he went for a test drive. He agreed that there is something not right and advise me what could be causing the sound. Absorbers, bushings etc. As my absorbers were recently changed, and the sound came after changing, i have decided to test my luck to rectify the problem by changing the absorber. Well, it failed. The sound still persist. At this juncture, Joe, told me that he has an alternative. He could t-loan some parts from his friend and do a test to identify the root cause of the sound. But his friend would only be back in 4 days time. With his kind alternative solution offered, i agreed. He got my contact number and promised to call me when the parts are loaned from his friend. To my horrifying dismay, there were no calls from him. I decided to give his workshop a ring, thinking that it could be an overlook as he was busy. At this occasion, his mom answered the phone. She told me that joe isn't in. I called back the next day, this round his mom said he was going out of workshop and the parts couldn't be loaned. To be honest, i wasn't upset about the unsuccessful t-loan of parts. But couldn't the boss, that offered this kind solution update me? And to my horror, his mom told me over the phone that i DO NOT NEED TO KEEP CALLING. Excuse me, i just wanted an update. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. He does have the awesome technical expertise. However this way the service was delivered was such a turn off. Despite the strengths CH Motors offers, I would never ever visit them again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
