On my initial visit, I was charged $10 for a fuse replacement for a van. My next and final visit was with my continental car co-owned by my father. It had a nonessential part of 1 of the headlights out; I dragged the repair out for months before coming here. The main guy told me there were different tiers of possible solutions in terms of financing, asked me to leave the car behind and they'll open the hood up to check. Without checking with me for approval, they said it was done and to be collected. Upon collection, he said it's the worst-case scenario of the solutions he proposed, and it's $4k for the replacement of the whole headlight, explaining because it's continental, and a whole other 20-minute conversation where he wasn't listening. My father and I had some miscommunication, so he paid them remotely before I drove off, else I would've asked them to put my old faulty headlight back. I told the main guy at the shop that he should've asked me for permission with a quotation first, before implementing the solution. He was also not keen on listening. I texted him my feedback, and he ignored me. Sometime after the repair, I texted him for something else, thinking it might be caused by their repair, and he also totally ghosted me. A brief search online for a Mercede-Benz C180 headlight part is around $1.6k, at most.

I would say this is a decent workshop, does excellent wiring, responsible and most importanly Value For Money! Give it a try!

I think that is quite an unfair statement. I personally find that the prices quoted are reasonable and I like their after sales services. They do not charge when there is any issue with the stuff I installed. And personally I like the Lady Boss. See me waiting for so long to get my audio fix, she makes me a cup of nice coffee.

Not Honest. Accessories and Head Units are overpriced.
